環境：windows xp sp1，位於isa server後

問題：使用windows auto update 後出錯誤提示：0x8024402C，不能自動更新。

解決：

1、查看$windows/windowsupdata.log文件，日誌中有如下記錄：

Send failed with hr = 80072ee7.
SendRequest failed with hr = 80072ee7. Proxy List used: <(null)> Bypass List used : <(null)>
GetConfig: 0x8024402c
PT: Cannot recover from fault, origin=GetConfig, hr=0x8024402c
Sync of Updates: 0x8024402c
WU client failed Searching for update with error 0x8024402c
WU client calls back to search call WindowsUpdate with code Call failed and error 0x8024402c

2、運行proxycfg

Current WinHTTP proxy settings under

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
    SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections\WinHttpSettings :

    Flags        = PROXY_TYPE_DIRECT
    Proxy Server = -not set-
    Bypass List  = -not set-

3、運行proxycfg -u，而後在Proxy Server及Bypass List設置上均會有值

4、運行net stop wuauserv，後運行net start wuauserv

5、問題解決


我的解決方式:

C:\WINDOWS\system32>proxycfg
Microsoft (R) WinHTTP Default Proxy Configuration Tool
版權(C) Microsoft Corporation。保留所有權利。

當前 WinHTTP 代理設置在:
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
    SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections\
      WinHttpSettings :

unknown54321:80
    跨越列表   :  <local>
我沒有代理服務器!
這裏有個代理服務器很明顯後問題
在windows/windowsupdata.log文件
Proxy List used: <unknown54321:80> Bypass List used : <<local>> Auth Schemes used : <>
unknown54321:80是有問題的
如果這裏用proxycfg -u
如果IE裏面沒有代理服務器地址的話
就會出現,

C:\WINDOWS\system32>proxycfg -u
Microsoft (R) WinHTTP Default Proxy Configuration Tool
版權(C) Microsoft Corporation。保留所有權利。

寫代理設置出錯。(87) 參數不正確。

遷移有錯失敗。(87) 參數不正確。

所以這裏只能用命令
C:\WINDOWS\system32>proxycfg -d
Microsoft (R) WinHTTP Default Proxy Configuration Tool
版權(C) Microsoft Corporation。保留所有權利。

更新的代理設置
當前 WinHTTP 代理設置在:
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
    SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections\
      WinHttpSettings :

     直接訪問(無代理服務器)。
如果這時更新,還會遇見0x8024401F這個錯誤
呵呵不用慌!
C:\WINDOWS\system32>net stop wuauserv
Automatic Updates 服務正在停止.
Automatic Updates 服務已成功停止。
C:\WINDOWS\system32>net start wuauserv
Automatic Updates 服務正在啓動 .
Automatic Updates 服務已經啓動成功。

後就會出現很久很久的滾動條！
OK
