《Programming Abstractions In C》閲讀P72-p75，每次閲讀其實都有很多內容需要總結，這裏摘抄其中一部分。
一、技術總結
1.字符串數組
學習《Programming Abstractions in C》第75頁的時候，遇到一段代碼：

static string bigCities[] = { 
    "New York",
    "Los Angeles",
    "Chicago",
    "Houston",
    "Philadelphia",
    "San Diego",
    "Detroit",
    "Dallas"
};

這裏直接使用string，不理解其中的用法，想着查缺補漏，便去找來《The C Programming Language》複習，在第5章“Pointers and Arrays”找到相關內容，便開始閲讀起來，讀完之後再回來看，發現代碼後續的內容就是“Multidimensional array”，接着2.5節就是“Pointers and arrays”，當時怎麼就沒往下看呢？也許因為自己心裏默認《Programming Abstractions in C》是講算法，不講那麼基礎的內容。
因為字符串數組的問題，導致本書的閲讀進度極大的延後，通過該問題得到一點教訓，那就是閲讀一本書時，先閲讀整體的章節目錄，把書閲讀完，不可深陷於某一部分。
2.nano快捷鍵

1)^: 表示Ctrl鍵
2)M: 表示Alt鍵

這是在進行git操作的時候遇到的(M-A)，在這裏進行記錄倒不是要把快捷鍵記下來，而是當時搜索的時候如果不加nano，單獨搜索”M-A”，那麼能收到的答案較少。
二、英語總結
1.“The correspondence between indexing and pointer arithmetic is very close.”一句裏面correspondence什麼意思？
答：
(1)respond(vi. do reaction to sth, 響應) > respondence/respondency(n.)
(2)correspondence:cor(com-的通化形式，“together”) + respond(“to answer”)。
所以correspondence常用的一個意思是communication by letters(信件，通信)，"寫-收"引申出另外一個意思“對應關係”。所以整句話的意思是“索引(下標)運算和指針運算非常相似（具有密切的對應關係）。”
2.“thirty days hath September ...”這句話是什麼意思？
答：hath: in the past, the third person singular form of "have"。示例：he/she/it hath (= he/she/it has)。
3.“Although we have phrased this discussion in terms of integers”一句中phrase是什麼意思？
答：
(1)phrase最常用的用法是用作名稱，n.a group of words that is part of, rather than the whole of, a sentence.(一句話中的一部分，即“短語，詞組”)。示例：The phrase "a not unfamiliar situation" is an example of a double negative.
(2)phrase也可以用作動詞，如上面的這一句，vt. to express sth with a particular choice of words.(表達)。
